I made a cheesecake last Sunday as a gift to my dad on the Swedish Fathers' day. As I made it, I started wondering:
Why is it called Cheesecake, when it's not even made of cheese?
I get the statement of mud-cake or mud-pie, and I think it's because it's a bit... Muddy?
Here's the result of my work, and I was quite proud of it! Tasted good!
It's called Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake...
STFUamzz

i think its called cheescake cos you use 'cream cheese' or marscapone or whatever its called!
